Dealing with Anxiety

New Understanding, New Balance in difficulties

·       Breaking down the "ego": Trying to force yourself into rigid molds like "you must always be like this," "you must always be like that," "you can never make mistakes,"... only traps you in worry. Only when you dare to overcome your self-limiting beliefs, these false "egos," can you truly escape the cycle of anxiety.

·       Believing in the resourcefulness of others: When you are in a position to help others, remember that everyone has enough inner resources to walk the path they have chosen or are compelled to take. Each person's trajectory and choices are unique. The worries you feel when helping others often stem from reflecting your own needs or those of the collective consciousness. The most important thing is to trust in the inherent strength of others, that they are capable of solving their own problems and unlocking their own potential. You can support them if they lack confidence, lose faith or in desperate situation, but don't try to solve everything for people. People need to learn their lessons, taking on the responsibility of solving 100% of someone else's problems deprives them of their opportunity to grow, and gradually, you will bear too much of a burden. You cannot solve all the problems in this world. Give them faith in themselves.

Recognizing the Root of Anxiety

·       Take quiet time to face yourself directly, to understand where those feelings of anxiety truly originate. You can do this by bravely asking yourself and allowing yourself to listen to the guidance of your intuition. Don't let your mind be overwhelmed by all the reasoning, the knowledge that has been crammed in, the negative energies around you, and societal prejudices burying you.

·       Letting go of the obsession with responsibility.

·       Letting go of expectations about outcomes.

·       Letting go of the control of the future.

·       Letting go of fear.

Detachment - The Necessary Separation

·       It is not about escaping reality, but only when you detach yourself from entanglements can you fully focus on your current mission. If your mind is still tied to other responsibilities, you will not be able to complete your current task well, leading to a difficult and inescapable vicious cycle.

·       Keeping the "temple" of your soul: Create a private space for your soul, separate from external energies to protect yourself from the invasion of negative energies.

·       Connecting deeply with life: Feel the world around you—the cool breeze, the warm sunshine—and the connection with all that exists. Feel the love and care from those around you. Bring your mind back to the present moment. If your surrounding environment is toxic, step away for a while to recharge your energy.

Harmonizing Energy

·       When you notice your energy is unstable, tense, or suffocating, seek out exercises that help you regulate it. Breathe deeply, allowing energy to flow harmoniously throughout your body, reconnecting with the dwelling place of your mind and body. Research and develop a method that suits you personally.

Bringing the mind to rest at the Dan Tian (Lower Dantian): This is the root of both the soul and the physical body (not the consciousness above but the deeper storehouse consciousness below). When facing many difficulties and upheavals, you can connect with this root to wait for the storm to pass. If you seek connection through thinking (the brain) and emotions (the heart) at this time, you may feel exhausted. Return to the Dan Tian, the most solid anchor of the body. Sit in the lotus position and breathe abdominally. You can research this method and practice it daily; after 21 days, it may become a habit.

Once you overcome this state a few times, you will develop faith in it and will find it easier to overcome difficulties in life, and you can also support and help those around you.

Virtual Boundaries and the Freedom of Flow

Being reluctant to do things that make you uncomfortable, or refusing social connection and helping others, can inadvertently block the flow of positive energy within you. This can cause stagnation and affect your life satisfaction. Only you know where your balance point lies.
